Refund & Returns Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect. To be eligible, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned due to hygiene or safety reasons. These may include perishable goods, beauty or personal care products, and opened food items. Please check product details before placing your order.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, contact our support team at info@gharbazaar.com.pk or through the Contact Us page. Our team will guide you through the return steps and provide pickup or drop-off details.

4. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 working days.

5. Replacement Policy

If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund, we will arrange to send you the replacement product (subject to availability) after receiving and verifying the returned item.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 7 days of approval, please check with your bank or payment provider. If the issue continues, contact us and we’ll assist you promptly.
